I always enjoy getting ready to go out because I can let out the inner girly girl side of me which is always fun! I like to take my time when getting ready so I'm relaxed for when I actually go out. I always put on sweats after I come out the shower because I like to feel comfortable when doing my hair and make-up because I'm a really indecisive person when choosing how I'm going to style my hair and make-up so I take forever and so its a lot less stressful if you're wearing comfy clothes haha. I also pour myself a cheeky drink too which probably isn't the best idea when you're putting make-up on but it takes forever for me to feel the effects of alcohol so it's ok.
Anyway, once I was ready my friend, Jayne, came over for a quick drink before me, Jayne and three of my flat mates headed out to someone else's flat for pre-drinks. Once we were there we had a good few drinks before going to the student union. By this time I was now feeling the effects of the alcohol. The university I'm at does this thing on a Tuesday night where entry and drinks are both only £1. So we went up stairs for a couple more drinks before going downstairs to the club.
When we were in the club, one of the guys from the pre-drinks kept trying to grind against Jayne which she hated so we moved away from those guys for a bit. Jayne and I were now on our on just dancing away when some guy started dancing with us. Then another one kept trying to speak to me but I felt bad because I kept having to ask him to repeat what he was saying because I couldn't hear! it was so annoying! Anyway, I happened to turn round and I see Jayne kissing the first guy haha then the guy who was trying to converse with started kissing me! haha I didn't see that one coming, that's for sure haha! But then Jayne, turns to me and said she was gonna be sick so we got out of there. However, after we vacated the dance floor, she said it was because the boy was 'eating her face' and a horrible kisser and she wanted to get away from him hahaha! I'm happy to say my guy was a reasonably good kisser so I have nothing to regret! I am surprised though, because I'm not really like that on a night out hence why I was surprised when he started kissing me..
All in all it was a fantastic night! I had so much fun with my friends and flat mates and meeting new people! It was really great! Even the walk home in the rain was good! Jayne took her boots off and walked home in her white puma socks hahaha it was so funny! I came in wet and freezing cold but it was all worth it because I had had such a great night!
