A little rant about dieting.

Arrrrrrgh!!

I wish people would just support me when I'm on a diet. It pisses me off when as son as you mention the word "diet" people just assume you want to lose a tonne of weight and be diagnosed as anorexic. Well no, I'm doing it mainly because I want to be healthier and feel good about myself for once. I don't want to look like a super skinny model or anything, I just want to lose a couple of pounds. Don't get me wrong, models are beautiful but I just don't want to 'model' their figures.

Around three weeks ago I decided to cut out all the snacks from my diet and not eat after 7pm because apparently eating after that time is when you are most likely to gain weight. I still eat three meals during the day; breakfast, lunch and dinner. None of which are little salads. They are all proper meals, some of which are healthier than others but they are always substantial.

It doesn't take long to explain so why don't they find out more before making irrelevant comments about it.
